Before we go any further, I’d personally like to take this moment to thank you for signing up to our monthly subscription service. By doing so you are helping to support my small business and my small team of amazing working mums.Here is your first candle refill subscription, complete with your chosen jar. Simply follow the instructions on your refillable candle box to enjoy your candle.

  • 1. CLEAN YOUR JAR

    Remove any old wax residue from your empty jar using warm water and a little soap and un-stick the old wick from the bottom. Make sure it's completely clean and dry before re-using.

  • 2. PREPARE THE NEW SCENT

    Gently unwrap your Candle Refill. On the bottom is a 'Stickum' to keep your candle secure. Peel off the cover to reveal the sticky bit.

  • 3. MAKE IT SECURE

    Simply drop the candle refill into your reusable jar and push down to stick it to the bottom.

  • 4. ENJOY YOUR CANDLE

    Light the candle carefully, and remember the first burn is the most important! Allow 2-4 hours for your candle to create a full melt across the top.

When will my subscriptions be sent to me

Your subscription boxes will be sent out the first week of every month.

Can I change my subscription details

Should you need to change your address, you can do this via your customer portal, this was sent to you with your confirmation email.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription

Yes, if you find you want to take a break from your subscription, simply login to your account and pause it for as little or as long as needed.

When will I find out what the months scent is

You will find out our chosen scent for the month on delivery day! We do not repeat the same scent twice so you know you are always getting something different.

Subscription Policy

The Refillable Candle Company offers two different monthly subscription boxes: The waxmelt subscription and The Refillable Candle subscription.

Your subscription box is dispatched from our HQ on the 1st week of the following month. Please note payments are billed in advance. 

Purchasing your subscription

When you initially purchase your subscription, please don't add other items to your basket. Please come back and checkout separately after you have subscribed.

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes unless advertised otherwise. 

Shipping is free, and subscription boxes are delivery only, they cannot be collected.

Monthly payments

Monthly payments are automatic and billed on the 12th of every month. If we need to change your payment date for any reason, we will email you beforehand.

Payments are in advance - so, for example, if your payment is made on any date in May, your box will be sent out on 1st June. You can change your payment details at any time by updating your subscription account via our website. We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Cancellations

Your subscription is on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just login to your account on our website, or click the unique link in the email you received when you first subscribed.  

If you cancel your subscription, but you have already paid for your next box (even if it has not yet been dispatched), you will still receive this box and will not be due any refund. Your subscription will be cancelled after the last box you have paid for has been sent out to you.

Refunds, exchanges or returns

Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available on subscription boxes. If any items arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at theonecocustomerservices@gmail.com
