Calm is our original signature scent, blended and perfected exclusively by The Refillable Candle Company.

Calm is designed with your wellbeing in mind. Made with 100% essential oils, it's blended with notes of lavender, ylang ylang and patchouli. Tailored to you and your busy life, Calm aims to help you relax, ease your anxiety and spread a sense of calm and tranquillity in your home.

Calm was our very first scent, made originally by our founder during her pregnancy - when she just couldn't get that cosy night's sleep that she needed! It really helped, and we thought it might be able to help others. Calm is really close to our hearts, and we hope you’ll love it too.

Eucalyptus & Lilly - Coloured White

Cool and revitalising, this fragrance captures the crispness of a snow laden scene with the crispness of eucalyptus, mint and fresh orange enhanced by cool ozonic nuances. All of this reaches into a refreshing, delicate floral heart of lily, hyacinth, orchid, rose and cassis while the sumptuous fond of cedarwood, amber and hints of musk close the fragrance.

Fig & Snowberry - Decorated with purple eco gliter

This fruity festive accord opens with succulent nuances of fig while the heart is a captivating fusion of bayberry and snowberry, enlivened by peppery hints. All of this is embraced by the fond of cedarwood, raspberry and sultana, warmed by aromatic nuances.

 

 

Velvet Rose and Oud - Coloured Rose Pink

A  decadent, rich and textural scent wrapped with smoky oud wood. Spiked with clove and praline, this aroma embodies the feeling of walking into a hotel lobby. 

Cedarwood and Vanilla - Coloured Grey

A musky and earthy fragrance, with gentle notes of vanilla over a comforting Cedarwood base. Sweet and soft, this is the perfect scent with which to relax and unwind.

Berry & Frankincense - Decorated with brown eco glitter

The fragrance opens with sparkling notes of orange, cassis and a crisp green accord. The heart of apple, golden berries and raspberry is given the warmth through a festive blend of saffron, clove and frankincense. The fond of guaiacwood, ripe plum, soft musk, warm patchouli and amber completes the fragrance.

Pumpkin Spice - Decorated with gold eco glitter

A seasonal favourite, that sees its return year after year is a spicy fruity blend with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, apple and a touch of plum followed by creamy vanilla.

Frosted Apple - Decorated with green eco friendly glittter

Indulge the senses with this mouth watering candy apple accord where succulent top notes of red apple drift into a delightfully sweet, delectable heart of peach, laced with creamy swirls of caramel. All of this cushioned by a sumptuous fond of musk, a whisper of vanilla and a frosting of sugar.

Pink Jasmine - Decorated with pink eco friendly glitter

A sensual floral fragrance revealing top notes of bergamot and pomegranate, leading to a full blooming heart of peony, orchid, jasmine and plum. On dry down, the base consists of musk, precious woods, amber and dry flowers.

Plum & Rhubarb - Coloured deep plum purple

A vibrant fruity accord of fresh rhubarb and juicy plum supported with interludes of ripe pear and sweet peach with vanilla and sugar in the base.

Rosemary & Bay - Coloured green

This floral fragrance of aromatic rosemary, bay leaves and lemon zest is wrapped around a heart of pretty muguet blossoms, clary sage and cyclamen. The base of soft woods and musk adds depth to the fragrance.

Rouge - Decorated in red eco friendly glitter

One of the only purfume dupes we do - This scent is An intense linear harmony of jasmine and saffron rounded with woody amber and fir balsam.

Saving the best to last - our best-selling scent Calm, exclusive to The Refillable Candle Company.

It was designed by our founder whilst she was pregnant, with the soul aim to help you sleep and ease your anxiety. It's a spa-like blend of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Patchouli essential oils, tailored to bring tranquility to you and your busy life.

All of The Refillable Candle Company Candles and Candle Refills are hand-poured using 100% environmentally-friendly, natural wax.

Each Candle and Refill is infused with one of our exclusive essential oil Signature Scents, or one of our limited edition Seasonal Scents. 

Candles and Candle Refills include a cotton wick.

Our Refillable Candle Jars are high quality, moulded, Italian-made, glass.

Each Refillable Candle is 220g.

Height: 9cm, Diameter: 8cm, Circumference: 25cm.

Candle Refills

Each Candle Refill is approx 200g.

Height: 6cm, Diameter: 7cm, Circumference: 23cm.

*As every candle is made by hand, all weights and sizes are approximate.

Our Candle Refills fit both our Refillable Candle jars, and our old-style Geo Candle jars, but they may also fit other jars you have lying around or tucked away at the back of the cupboard!

Refillable Candles and Candle Refills have a burn time of up to 50 hours.

Clean it:

Clean any old wax from your empty jar using warm water and a little soap, and un-stick the old wick from the bottom. Make sure it's completely clean and dry.

Stick it:

Gently unwrap your Candle Refill. On the bottom is a 'Stickum' to keep your candle secure. Peel off the cover to reveal the sticky bit.

Drop it:

Simply drop the candle into the jar and push down to stick it to the bottom.

Light it:

Light the candle carefully, and remember the first burn is the most important! Give it 2-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool across the top, use an extinguisher (don't blow it out!), and always trim your wick before lighting again.

Trim your wick

Trim to about 5-10mm before every use, this is to avoid excessive flaming and sooting.

Keep it clean

Before lighting make sure there is no dust, matches or old bits of wick on or in the wax.

Keep it flat and still

Place it on an even surface, away from draughts, and don't move it whilst it's lit or still hot.

Don't leave it burning

Never leave it lit whilst unattended or asleep, and don't burn for more than 4 hrs at a time.

Avoid little ones

Keep your candle away from children and pets.

Don't be a firestarter

Keep it away from flammable materials, clothes and hair - don't lean over it when lit.

Never blow, snuff!

Use a snuffer or similar utensil to extinguish the candle and avoid wax splatter.

Save your jar

And order a Candle Refill - pop it into your jar, and it's a brand new candle!
